
Marconi Leal is a Belizean educator, community leader, and former politician with over 40 years of service. He began his career in education after graduating with an associate degree in Primary Education in 2001 and taught for 21 years, focusing on academic excellence and community values. Beyond the classroom, he served on multiple village councils, championing rural development and civic engagement. In 2017, he entered politics as the PUP Standard Bearer for Belize Rural North and was elected to the House of Representatives in 2020, serving until 2025. During his tenure, he acted as Deputy Speaker and focused on infrastructure, education, and social services.
